BW workout you can do on vacation!

If you have to work out in your living room or just have 30 mins on vacation where you feel like hey, I could do this real quick and feel better about myself…This is the jam…If you can lunge and do pushups this one is probably good for you.  Everything is 3 as the youtube title explains.  If you can run it for 3 cycles and then go take a walk those 2 tequilla shots are no big deal…

Who is it For: Parents just starting out, someone who has to workout at home, someone with minimal equipment or is on vacation.

Equipment Needed: just a mat if you have it.
