Total Body-lots of pos chain

This barbell complex to strength circuit followed by cardio based circuit requires a little bit of experience but nothing that most people cannot learn. You will hit those posterior chain muscles pretty good along with getting the heart rate going throughout. An experienced lifter can use their fundamentals here to get a great session in with this programming.

Intensity: Development (hard)

Who is it For: Someone who can work with a barbell but may not want to red line those big lifts. If you can clean with a barbell and front squat, you can probably knock this one out no problem. Also, if you do not like steady state cardio you get a little bit of a head start on it with the last circuit.

Equipment Needed: Barbell and bumper weights, Kbs, stepper or bench, club (we can sub a KB move here if you don’t have clubs).
