Level: advanced

Intensity: Development Day (hard)

Who is it For: Anyone that may need a break from heavy weights but doesn’t want to lose any strength. Anyone that is competing in some type of sport would definitely benefit from this style of training.

Equipment Needed: pull up bar, bands, moderate DBs, lighter DBs, mat or bench, barbell, water weights if you have them (not 100% necessary).

When starting out I would begin running these exercises 3X each
