How do I hit my protein goal while staying within my calorie limits?

I was asked by a younger person I work with, how many grams of protein should I eat if I want to build muscle? He has lost some weight this year but felt like he had another 10-15 lbs to go. He wanted to keep working on his strength but didn’t want to be in a heavy surplus to do so. I explain how it is possible to eat a good amount of protein while also keeping your cals in check. The more you can eat high quality protein with high quality vegetables the better off you are going to be.
